Join our mommy and Me infant workout class, where New moms could ease back into movement while
keeping baby close. Through low impact exercises, guided stretches and playful interaction. You’ll build strength, boost energy and connect with your baby in a supportive welcoming environment. No pressure no perfection just movement smiles, and special time together.
Perfect for babies under 12 months and moms that are 8+ weeks into their postpartum journey.
